About Instructor – Anecia Pienaar
My journey with Pilates began over seven years ago, and it’s been so much more than a physical workout. It’s truly a mind-body connection for me. Through focused movements and breathwork, Pilates became my sanctuary, a place to find calm and peace in a chaotic world.
As an instructor, my goal is to share this experience with you. In my classes, we’ll focus on mindful movement, building core strength, flexibility, and balance. I believe every session is a chance to reconnect with yourself and listen to what your body needs.
About Instructor – Kate Wrede
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and strengthening my body. When I discovered Pilates I immediately fell in love. I love how it makes me feel and how gentle yet effective it is on my body. I find so much joy in teaching Pilates and helping others reach their full potential.
About Instructor – Marietjie Marran
I began attending Pilates years ago and it has been truly life-changing. Before I started, I suffered from severe back pain that affected my daily life. Since joining these classes, that pain is completely gone. I have become stronger, more balanced, and Pilates energizes me after every class. Since I love it so much, I then decided to study Pilates and become an instructor.
The sessions are well-structured, combining strength, flexibility, and core stability in a way that is both challenging and enjoyable while offering support and encouragement throughout.
