About Instructor – Anecia Pienaar

My journey with Pilates began over seven years ago, and it’s been so much more than a physical workout. It’s truly a mind-body connection for me. Through focused movements and breathwork, Pilates became my sanctuary, a place to find calm and peace in a chaotic world.

As an instructor, my goal is to share this experience with you. In my classes, we’ll focus on mindful movement, building core strength, flexibility, and balance. I believe every session is a chance to reconnect with yourself and listen to what your body needs.

About Instructor – Marietjie Marran

I began attending Pilates years ago and it has been truly life-changing. Before I started, I suffered from severe back pain that affected my daily life. Since joining these classes, that pain is completely gone. I have become stronger, more balanced, and Pilates energizes me after every class. Since I love it so much, I then decided to study Pilates and become an instructor.

The sessions are well-structured, combining strength, flexibility, and core stability in a way that is both challenging and enjoyable while offering support and encouragement throughout.

Pilates first entered my life as a way to stay strong and balanced while I was dancing, but it quickly became so much more than just a form of conditioning. I fell in love with the way it connects mind and body, building strength, flexibility, and focus all at once. The more I practiced, the more joy and energy I found in each movement, and it has become a passion I want to share with others. Loving it so deeply, I now feel inspired to teach Pilates so I can help others discover the same empowerment and fulfillment it has brought me.
