Group Pilates Classes in Horison, Roodepoort

Healthy, healing movement is one of the key aspects in becoming “Better4Life.”

Our Pilates classes are gently cardiovascular and also help to enter the second energy cycle, which is for muscle strengthening and endurance.
This provides excellent overall fitness. Classes cater to all fitness levels as you work at your own pace.

Roodepoort Pilates Classes

Group Pilates classes in Horison, Roodepoort:

Hervormde Kerk Horison, 34B Georginia St, Roodepoort
Mondays and Wednesdays: 4 – 4.45pm OR 5.15 – 6pm

2025 Packages:

  • Package 1: R545 per month two classes weekly
  • Package 2: R485 per month two classes weekly senior citizens
  • Package 3: R435 per month two classes weekly scholars (12-18yrs)
  • Package 4: R435 per month one class weekly (no matter the age group)

FIRST CLASS IS COMPLIMENTARY.
Joining fee: R250 payable immediately on joining.

Equipment needed:
An exercise mat, small ball, big ball and magic circle can be purchased from sports retailers or online. Ask your trainer for more details. For your first class, come with at least a towel to lie on if you don’t have anything else. We will provide demonstration equipment for you. Bring a bottle of water.
